Formula & Batch InstructionsWe use the approved formula and product specifications to prepare documented manufacturing instructions, including quantities, processing steps and required checks for the batch.

Materials & ComponentsWe confirm approved raw materials, required quantities, packaging components and availability. Any substitutions or changes are reviewed with you before production.

Production SchedulingWe match the batch size and product format to suitable equipment, confirm cleaning and line requirements, and schedule the run based on material readiness and available capacity.

Manufacturing Operations

Make the product using the agreed process

Depending on the product format, work may include weighing, blending, encapsulation, powder or liquid filling, softgel manufacturing and bulk handling. We confirm the process, equipment and batch-size fit for each project before accepting the run.

Batch Checks & Records

Document the batch and check it as we go

Our production team completes the batch records, material reconciliation and required in-process checks. Quality reviews the documentation and coordinates the agreed testing before the product moves to packaging or shipment.
